Gus O'Connor's Irish Public House
Description
Inspired by an Irish pub in the village of Doolin, these versions are awash in Irish artifacts, with wood floorboards from a Guinness warehouse and stone from Liscannor. Fare includes a notable chicken pot pie, beer-battered fish and chips, shepherd's pie, and a good burger. Potatoes are everywhere on the menu, from house-made potato chips to potato-leek soup and boxties (stuffed potato pancakes). The atmosphere is informal and upbeat, with sports on numerous screens. L & D daily.REVIEWS
