Description
Nik Sanches embraces locally grown ingredients and is inspired by global food trends and culinary traditions. Fans of the mac and cheese, poutine, and Brussels sprouts will be happy to know these dishes are still available at the new location, but Sanches will be pushing the envelope more in Midtown with dishes such as Ants on a Log, bringing an insect-eating option to Detroit.
