This restaurant in Times Square takes its inspiration from the deep south and gives it a big-city spin. The brief menu offers dishes such as braised oxtail, seared salmon, and twice-dredged fried chicken. Accompaniments include yam and arugula salad, flatbreads, and fresh sides such as garlic-infused spinach. Correct service is emphasized.
