Steve Allen and Chuck "Rocky" Rachwitz come up with fresh seasonal specials every day, but perennial dishes include panseared sea scallops Rockefeller, bone-in pork chop with apple compote and potato pancakes, baked rainbow trout stuffed with Jonah crab and mushrooms, and of course, Rocky's signature Caesar salad.
